Job Summary
Best Care Home Services is currently seeking a dependable and caring Personal Care Aide (PCA) to assist with the daily care of pediatric twin clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is patient, attentive, and nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily personal care needs (hygiene, dressing, grooming)
- Provide supervision and ensure a safe environment at all times
- Support age-appropriate activities and playtime
- Assist with light meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Help maintain a clean and organized care environment
- Follow the established care plan and family routines
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and agency staff
Ideal Candidate
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Experienced with children (twins or multiple children is a plus)
- Patient, energetic, and attentive
- Able to multitask and manage care for two children simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous childcare or personal care experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
