Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales Management: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers, providing in-depth information on our HVAC and plumbing services to address customer questions and concerns.
- Lead Conversion: Actively convert qualified leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of Best Care Home Services, tailoring our solutions to meet each customer's specific needs.
- Lead Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on leads, quote requests, and estimate inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities and move potential customers through the sales pipeline.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM (Service Titan), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and interactions.
- Sales Goals Achievement: Consistently meet and aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a commitment to high performance.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business and customer referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service and dispatch teams to guarantee smooth scheduling and service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction from sale to service completion.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry developments, competitive trends, and service updates to provide well-informed recommendations to customers.
- Objection Handling: Tactfully address customer objections and concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving strategies to achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within an inside sales or call center setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing several sales opportunities and client interactions simultaneously.

Preferred:
