What You'll Do:
- Support the CNA Program Director in the professional development and oversight of nursing staff, including the training, supervision, and testing
- Coordinate with state testing agencies, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensure ongoing staff education through in-service training and orientation
- Oversee infection prevention, monitoring the quality of resident care, ensuring residents' rights are upheld
- Participate in care planning and maintaining accurate documentation
- Promote interdepartmental collaboration, participating in survey processes, and contributing to policy development
What You'll Need:
- An active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Nursing Degree or completion of nursing program
- Long-Term Care experience
