As a Warehouse Asset Protection Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall function of the company’s asset protection procedures in your assigned supply chain location. What You’ll Do
- Engage with facility leadership through monthly recaps and by participating in inventory health and leadership rhythms
- Hire, train and coach the front desk and gate house teams
- Conduct shift review and follow-up related to incident reporting and alarm activity
- Oversee facility access control, badging and metal detector procedures
- Conducts applicable facility safety, environmental and security assessments
- Assist with investigations of inbound and outbound shortage issues
- 2 years of asset protection experience
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 2 years of experience in retail or distribution operations
- Loss prevention certification (LPC)
