SUPPLY CHAIN SENIOR ANALYST

As the Product Flow Senior Analyst, you’ll serve as a strategic and operational partner in optimizing outbound product movement for large products. You will provide advanced analytical insights, drive data-informed decision-making, and support initiatives that improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance end-to end supply chain performance. To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple key partners, both corporate and field, and be comfortable leading projects tied to outbound strategies.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What You’ll Do

• Creation of outbound guidance for large product operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues from distribution field teams while partnering with team members to identify root cause.
• Use knowledge, lessons, and insights to improve tactical and operational processes and practices.
• Operate as a subject matter expert (SME) with regards to building operational processes around outbound operations.
• Partner with cross functional teams to assist, influence and recommend solutions that identify root cause analysis and improved standard operating procedure (SOP) and process development for the field teams.
• Review, update, and create SOPs tied to large product outbound activities.
• Lead and execute medium level (business unit-specific or cross functional) projects that involve DDC outbound operations.
• Creation of long-term outbound strategies in support of new enterprise strategies.
• Potential to work on weekends or evenings in support of building impact/closure meetings.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, merchandising or inventory management.
• Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• 1 year of experience working cross-functionally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree
• 2 years of experience in project management
