What you'll do
- Serve as the go-to expert for space planning and visual merchandising systems and reporting.
- Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements and improve system capabilities.
- Lead and support user acceptance testing for new tools, enhancements, and updates.
- Investigate business issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Manage system updates that support companywide initiatives.
- Create tools, documentation, and best practices that drive operational efficiency.
- 2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, inventory management, space management, architectural planning, or visual merchandising.
- Intermediate proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 5 years of experience in space management, floor planning, planograms, visual merchandising, retail, or store design.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database languages.
- Intermediate proficiency with Blue Yonder or other space management software.
- Experience with programming languages such as C or .NET.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Access.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail, merchandising, inventory, or supply chain.
- Intermediate proficiency with Photoshop.
