What you'll do
- Support the definition and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Pricing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform scalability, compliance, and business impact
- Assist in communicating product value, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership
- Use data insights and market research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for customer engagement
- Contribute to establishing product operational routines such as OKRs, reviews, and prioritization processes
- Work closely with product managers and teams to deliver on key project milestones and objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team
Basic qualifications
- 2 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.
- 1 year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
- 6 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.
- 2 years of experience with direct people management and team management
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
