As a Senior Product Manager, Connected TV, you will help shape the future of Best Buy Ads' streaming and Connected TV advertising business. You'll lead the development of products that connect advertisers with the right audiences, improve campaign performance, and expand monetization opportunities across the CTV and programmatic ecosystem. Working closely with engineering, data science, sales, media, and industry partners, you'll turn complex challenges into products that create measurable value for advertisers and customers. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with the opportunity to influence strategy and bring new capabilities to market.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days at our Best Buy office in Richfield, Minnesota, or New York City, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What You'll Do
- Define and drive the long-term product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Best Buy Ads' Connected TV advertising platform
- Own the end-to-end CTV product lifecycle, including strategy, business case development, platform architecture, partner integrations, audience activation, targeting, optimization, measurement, monetization, and go-to-market execution
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, PRDs, and engineering priorities to deliver scalable CTV capabilities
- Develop products and features that support direct, programmatic, self-service, and managed-service buying models while maximizing advertiser value
- Define and oversee integrations with DSPs, SSPs, clean rooms, identity providers, measurement partners, and internal Best Buy Ads platforms
- Drive product innovation across the demand and supply ecosystem, balancing advertiser performance, inventory monetization, auction efficiency, and customer experience
- Identify, develop, and commercialize generative and agentic AI solutions that improve advertiser outcomes, internal operational efficiency, and platform differentiation
- Serve as the voice of advertisers and agencies, establish success metrics, inform go-to-market strategy, and communicate product impact, priorities, and tradeoffs to leadership
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of product management experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, retail media, streaming, or Connected TV
- 5 years of experience leading large cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through launch
- 3 years of expertise in CTV, streaming video, programmatic advertising, RTB auction dynamics, identity frameworks, measurement methodologies, and digital advertising ecosystems
- 5 years of experience with programmatic advertising, media buying, targeting, and measurement
- Experience building AI-enabled products using machine learning, generative AI, or predictive analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in platforms such as Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, DV360, Magnite, FreeWheel, or similar
- Experience with clean rooms and privacy-safe data collaboration environments (AMC, ADH, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar)
- Strong understanding of experimentation, statistical analysis, and data-driven product decision making
- Experience with APIs, platform integrations, data ecosystems, and privacy-safe identity solutions
