As a Retail Sales Specialist for mobile products at Best Buy, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions, driving satisfaction and meeting business goals. What you’ll do
- Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
- Use skills learned from training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees
- Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth
- Generate future opportunities by discovering customers’ current and long-term tech needs
- Embrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones
- Maintain specified department merchandising and organization
Basic qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
Preferred qualifications
- 3 months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields
