What you’ll do
- Coordinate proposal activities for large service opportunities, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Create and maintain proposals, presentations, pricing materials, and solution documents.
- Manage a centralized library of approved content, templates, and supporting resources.
- Track timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and key decisions throughout the deal process.
- Review proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
- Provide reporting, research, and administrative support to help drive deal success.
Basic qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Installation Services, Retail, B2B Sales, or a related field.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with proposal, bid, or deal coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales operations tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes or field services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
