What you’ll do
- Define and evolve a clear product vision and outcomes aligned to Best Buy’s enterprise analytics and cloud migration strategy
- Translate business strategy into product strategy, value increments, and product specifications that deliver customer and business value
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams across data warehousing, cloud, engineering, and business partners within a matrixed organization
- Prioritize initiatives and feature delivery using data, customer insights, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Champion customer needs by applying empathy, building trust, and ensuring solutions solve real problems
- Participate in day-to-day product activities, driving high-quality outcomes through rapid development cycles
Basic qualifications
- 2 or more years of relevant Product Management experience (e.g., development, user experience, strategy)
- 1 or more years of experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, or cross-functional leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field
- 4 or more years of relevant Product Management experience, with a proven ability to deliver products or platforms that drive customer and business outcomes
- 4 or more years of experience working with analytics and/or data warehouse technologies
- Experience working with order fulfillment processes and systems within an omnichannel retailer
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders, along with a working knowledge of data flows, process flows, and system architecture
