Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Specialist based in Costa Mesa, CA. As a Meta Specialist, you will deliver expert consultations and demonstrations to clients, introducing them to Meta's technologies and solutions. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing exceptional in-person and virtual customer experiences, assisting with installations, maintaining product expertise, and collaborating with team members to drive sales and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with technology consultation, product demonstrations, and client relationship management
- Technical acumen with the ability to learn and master Meta’s products, applications, and services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while achieving individual and group objectives
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience in retail, technology sales, or support roles is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish a plus
- There is a REQUIRED training in July that must be attended in Minnesota, inability to attend will disqualify applicants from candidacy.
