This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at our Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you’ll do
- Design and document end-to-end enterprise processes that define roles and responsibilities across marketing and sales
- Develop and deliver training programs for onboarding, new product launches, and tool adoption
- Drive process improvements and implement scalable workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment adoption and consistent communication
- 6 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing enablement, project management or related roles
- Proficiency in Workfront/Salesforce or other related sales/project management software systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and training
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience designing and documenting scalable processes and workflows
- Experience with change management and driving adoption of new processes and tools
