What you’ll do
- Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of marketplace sellers, serving as a trusted advisor on advertising strategy and performance
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Best Buy Ads channels, including sponsored products and paid search
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and return on ad spend
- Analyze performance data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for sellers and internal stakeholders
- Support onboarding and ongoing education to drive adoption, investment, and growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketplace, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to improve advertiser experience and outcomes
- Contribute feedback to enhance tools, processes, and overall program effectiveness
- Support revenue-driving initiatives and help scale best practices across the marketplace

Basic qualifications
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, ecommerce, retail media, marketplace, or sales/client-facing roles with revenue responsibility
- Working knowledge of paid search, sponsored products, or retail ad platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and drive partner investment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, drive adoption, and contribute to revenue outcomes
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with third-party sellers or vendor partners
- Background in campaign management, client success, or performance marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in Salesforce
