As an eCommerce Analyst, you’ll create, optimize and maintain engaging digital site and category experiences that drive customer engagement and business performance for our growing Best Buy business. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Marketplace and Digital teams to improve the online shopping experience through data-driven recommendations and continuous optimization. What you'll do
- Analyze site performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion and customer experience
- Audit and optimize product content, category pages and digital experiences
- Support testing, enhancement and deployment of new digital capabilities and experiences
- Improve product discoverability through navigation, search optimization and product content enhancements
- Leverage customer insights, reviews and feedback to drive digital experience improvements
- Partner across teams to resolve digital experience issues and support category priorities
- 1 year of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, analytics or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience interpreting data and developing actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with digital merchandising, site optimization or customer experience initiatives
