The e-Commerce Category Analyst is the channel expert responsible for influencing and delivering a digital first merchandising strategy in support of the Category Lead.
Works in direct partnership with the Category Lead, Merchant Analyst, Demand Planning Analyst, and the Digital Content Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and financial results.

Works in direct partnership with the Category Lead, Merchant Analyst, Demand Planning Analyst, and the Digital Content Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Customer Experience: Prioritize and lead the delivery of event, promotional, and experience-based site content (e.g., brand stores) to bring category to life online. Proof and approve site experiences. Optimize traffic and conversion performance and identify opportunities.
- Product Content: Proactively evaluate and optimize product content opportunities in collaboration with internal partners and vendors (e.g., images and videos).
- Business Performance Management: Provide site performance insights to internal and external partners and identify actionable tactics to implement in order to enhance the customer experience, including recommendations of assortment, pricing, and fulfillment strategy.
- Site Features and Competitive Assessment: Work in partnership with Category Lead and Digital Channel Management to test and deploy features relevant to category
Basic Requirements:
- Basic data proficiency with an eye toward problem solving and optimization
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of experience in merchandising or related business team experience
