What you’ll do
- Lead the design consultation program, providing tailored recommendations and visual solutions
- Create personalized outdoor living designs for customers
- Manage Trade Program applications, onboarding, and engagement
- Develop design-forward marketing assets across channels
- Collaborate across teams to improve processes and customer experiences
- 2 years of retail or interior design experience
- 2 years using Adobe Creative Suite
- 2 years using CAD software (Rhino 3D preferred)
- Strong customer communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 3 years of retail or interior design experience
- 3 years using Adobe Creative Suite
- 3 years using CAD software (Rhino 3D preferred)
- Experience creating marketing/design content
