As the Best Buy Business Logistics Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a team that helps ensure Best Buy Business customers receive a seamless order experience from start to finish. You'll guide a team of around 15 employees, support complex order fulfillment processes, and work with partners across the business to solve challenges and improve operations. - Partner with sales, supply chain, fulfillment, and other teams to support customer success
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Analyze trends and business data to prioritize opportunities and resources
- Manage complex escalations and guide issues through resolution
Basic qualifications
- 2 years of operational or business analysis experience
- 2 years of experience leading operational initiatives
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience coaching, developing, and evaluating employee performance
- 2 years of leadership experience, retail management experience, or military leadership experience
- Experience leading virtual or remote teams
- Order management, fulfillment, or supply chain experience
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships
