By driving consistency and accessibility of training content, this position will reduce inefficiencies, accelerate enablement, and improve performance and customer experience.

What you’ll do
- Create and manage a centralized hub for marketing and sales training resources and process documentation.
- Develop and maintain standardized training materials and best practices for onboarding and enablement.
- Drive consistent communication across teams surrounding new ad product updates, tool enhancements, impacts, and broader marketing/ads updates.
- Ensure alignment of processes and documentation across marketing and sales functions.
- Support teach-outs and training initiatives to improve adoption and efficiency.
- 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing enablement, project management or related roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, concise documentation
- Experience in the marketing/advertising sector
- Retail and national brand experience preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Background in process improvement, change management, and adoption of new tools
