Here is what you will be Responsible for (but not limited to):
- Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through the pursuit of strategic processes.
- Execute outbound calling strategies.
- Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.
- One year experience in sales
- Background in construction/roofing related field
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, not required)
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)
- Dynamic work setting within a secure privately held company.
- Comprehensive benefits package including:
- Monday through Friday (Occasional weekend Events)
- Unlimited earning potential w/commission! Potential salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year to start
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service)
- PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year)
- 8 paid holidays (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service includes Birthday too)
- 401(k) (1st of the quarter after 90 days of service)
