You’ll Be Responsible For (but Not Limited To)
PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year)
401K with company match (1st of the quarter after 90 days of service)
8 paid holidays (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service includes Birthday too)
Pay Details
Unlimited earning potential w/commission! Starting salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 through a combination of base pay and uncapped commission in the first year.

You’ll Be Responsible For (but Not Limited To)
- Selling metal roofing/siding to primarily contractors, homeowners and occasionally one step distributors Nationwide through online sales.
- Being the primary contact for customers and performing various inside sales activities such as calls, customer service logistics etc.
- Providing quotes and managing pricing to meet margin goals and expectations.
- Using a detailed knowledge of the company’s products and standard practices to prepare quotations with roofing software and POS systems.
- Developing new customers and performing activities to generate additional business.
- Achieving 100% of monthly sales forecast.
- Managing the follow-up on all sales quotes to improve closing ratios.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a dedicated customer service and/or sales focused environment (inside sales or outside sales)
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Required
- Google Workspace G Suite and quoting software experience plus knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
- High school diploma or Equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
