Experienced Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment as required
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications

Requirements

-MUST HAVE 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PAINTING IN THE HOUSING CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary

Must pass a drug screen to qualify for employment.
