Best Brains Learning Center is seeking energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic Summer Camp Instructors to help create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children. The ideal candidate enjoys working with kids, leading activities, and helping campers learn, explore, and have fun throughout the summer.
Responsibilities- Supervise and engage campers in daily activities
- Lead indoor and outdoor games, crafts, STEM projects, and educational activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment
- Assist with camp setup, cleanup, and organization
- Communicate effectively with camp staff and parents when needed
- Support campers with problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Follow all camp policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, dependable, and patient
- Ability to manage groups of children in a structured environment
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (not required)
- Experience leading arts & crafts, STEM activities, sports, or educational programs
- Classroom, tutoring, daycare, or camp experience
- Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for children ages 5–12
