The Learning Center Admin plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our educational facility. Duties
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff and students.
- Provide clerical support, including typing documents, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure efficient operation of the learning center.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the center's leadership, handling various administrative tasks as needed.
- Greet visitors and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Utilize computer software for data entry, document preparation, and communication.
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including students, parents, and staff members.
- Support the dental receptionist functions when necessary.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Proficiency in clerical duties such as typing and filing.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist responsibilities is a plus.
- Computer literacy is essential; experience with various software applications is required.
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and coordinate schedules for multiple individuals.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable to assist our diverse community of learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
