Role Description The Route Service Slot Tech is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for maintaining and servicing gaming devices across assigned route locations. Day-to-day tasks include installing, inspecting, and repairing slot machines, performing routine maintenance, and using hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot technical issues. The role involves traveling between locations, responding to service calls, and ensuring machines are operating safely, reliably, and in compliance with applicable regulations. The Route Service Slot Tech will interact with location staff and management, provide clear updates on service status, and support a positive customer experience. This position may require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on route and service needs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills, including experience working with mechanical and electronic components of gaming or similar devices.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and apply practical solutions using appropriate tools and methods.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Hand Tools and basic test equipment, and be comfortable performing hands-on technical work in the field.
