We have an immediate opening for a staff attorney in our ARC: Advanced Records Center. The staff attorney will handle Public Records Act requests for our municipal clients throughout California and ideally Nevada as well, and supervise a team of dedicated paralegals and reviewers. Extensive experience with and substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act, as well as extensive experience with e-discovery, are both required. E-discovery certification preferred. This position may be remote but the attorney is expected to travel to client offices and courts throughout those regions. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
