PRN Mental Health Assessor
Position Summary
The PRN Mental Health Assessor is responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments, establishing DSM diagnoses (when applicable), and developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans. Services may be provided virtually or in person based on client needs and organizational requirements. This is an as-needed (PRN) position with flexible scheduling.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Complete diagnostic evaluations and establish DSM diagnoses, as applicable within licensure.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client.
- Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio licensure as an LISW, LPCC, LPCC-S, Psychologist, or other independently licensed behavioral health professional authorized to diagnose and complete behavioral health assessments.
- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and treatment planning preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
