**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Automobile Detailer to join our team at Best Automobile Detailing. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of vehicles.
**Responsibilities:**
- Thoroughly wash and wax the exterior of vehicles to achieve a show-quality finish.
- Clean and vacuum the interior, including seats, carpets, and other upholstery.
- Inspect vehicles for any noticeable scratches, dents, or defects.
- Apply fabric protectants to interior surfaces to defend against spills and stains.
- Use specialized equipment, such as pressure washers and steamers, to clean hard-to-reach areas.
- Recondition and repair upholstery and dashboards as needed.
- Ensure windows and windshields are thoroughly cleaned and streak-free.
- Document all cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with team members or supervisors for any additional cleaning or repair services required.
- **Promote and upsell additional services and products to customers, enhancing their overall experience and maximizing revenue.**
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
- Prior detailing experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- **Hardworking attitude and strong work ethic.**
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
