As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by performing tire installations, repairs, maintenance services, and basic vehicle inspections. You'll work alongside experienced automotive professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger and light truck tires
- Perform tire inspections and make recommendations based on tire condition and wear
- Check and maintain proper tire pressure for optimum vehicle performance and safety
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services as needed
- Safely operate tire-changing machines, balancers, lifts, and shop equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tire installation and repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous tire service or automotive experience is required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Valid driver's license
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and workplace safety
