We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- List and advertise used auto parts on Facebook Marketplace and other social media platforms.
- Take, upload, and organize clear photos of automotive parts.
- Create accurate, detailed, and appealing product listings.
- Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Answer questions about part availability, pricing, and vehicle compatibility.
- Turn inquiries into sales and follow up with potential customers.
- Assist customers with orders and coordinate with the sales and inventory teams.
- Keep listings updated and remove sold items.
- Maintain a professional attitude when communicating with customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience selling on Facebook Marketplace preferred.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and social media skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and sales-driven.
- Automotive parts knowledge is a plus!
