Assembler/Fabricator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling, constructing, and repairing metal products according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using various tools and equipment
- Operate machinery such as saws, drills, grinders, and shears to fabricate metal parts
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring and cutting materials accurately
- Knowledge of blueprint reading to understand project specifications
- Experience in machining processes such as drilling
- Competent in operating forklifts for material handling purposes
- Proficiency in working with sheet metal for fabrication purposes
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
