Responsibilities- Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and workstations
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, networks, and systems from cyber threats
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality IT support and services
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and backups to minimize downtime and data loss
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide technical support and training to staff to enhance overall IT competency and efficiency
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and implementation to ensure business continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and IT security standards
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems administration
- Proficiency in managing virtualization technologies and cloud services
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and external partners
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are highly desirable
