- Works with the field sales team on capital equipment requests.
- Utilizes SolidWorks/CAD systems for model creation, design, drafting, and detailing of all Besser products.
- Originates, develops, and updates plant layouts, sales drawings, and foundation, installation and erection drawings for products to meet defined company or customer requirements.
- Completes required documentation for drawing revisions and releases.
- Collaborates with sales and service representatives in the field to ensure all equipment specifications are accurate.
- Assists with incoming customer calls.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
