Job Summary:
(S)VP of BD is responsible for driving business development activities including strategic partnerships, licensing, M&A, and R&D and/or commercial collaborations. The (S)VP leads deal strategy from identification through execution, working closely with research, clinical, manufacturing, legal and finance teams on deal execution and alliance management. The (S)VP has the latitude to negotiate routine contracts and partners with CFO and legal counsel on key provisions, complex deal structures, strategic partnerships, and M&A.
