About the Bespoke Futures Program

About The Role
The Research Analyst is the primary driver of the research strategy and execution for talent identification throughout the search process. The Research Analyst is responsible for conducting market analysis, developing research and candidate sourcing strategies, while securing strong, effective potential candidate pipelines for C-suite level functions. This role is the first impression of Bespoke and builds relationships with candidates from outreach and sourcing candidates, Boolean search and diverse profiling. They align the sourcing activities and work with Search managers to understand the recruitment needs. This role works closely with Bespoke Principals and Partners during search assignments to achieve and contribute to the overall success of the search.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and executes research strategy (through collaboration with the rest of the search team) for search engagements
- Continual analysis and monitoring of industry, trade publications for trends in software, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and growth equity investments to gather market insights and perspectives on talent pools
- Ensures research projects associated with search assignments are effective and completed, including ongoing monitoring of candidate progress, implementing communication plans, and harvesting relevant data; including the preparations of search update reports and drafting meeting notes
- Builds talent pools of specific candidate profiles that fit search functions and client requirements through the identification of appropriate target organizations and channels using existing internal and external resources
- Measures and monitors the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes
- Performs queries of the Bespoke Partners (BP) database to discover candidate information such as compensation data, location data, and proprietary assessment data
- Supporting business development efforts by conducting market research and compiling key information on target company and competitors
- Develop skills to serve as an industry or field subject matter in software, private equity and human capital
