We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile retail projects for premium and luxury brands. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating immersive brand environments. You will manage the full project lifecycle—from concept translation to completion—while collaborating with global teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project management for luxury retail installations.
• Translate creative concepts into technical plans and executable solutions.
• Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and global stakeholders.
• Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare client proposals and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met across all deliverables.

Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in project management within retail, architecture, or design environments.
• Strong technical background—ability to read and produce drawings in AutoCAD; proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software
• Advanced Excel skills for budgeting and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and deliver on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience; proactive and detail-oriented.
• Passion for retail design and luxury brand environments.

• Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (dependent on experience).
