Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management for luxury retail installations.
- Translate creative concepts into technical plans and executable solutions.
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and global stakeholders.
- Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare client proposals and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met across all deliverables.
Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in project management within retail, architecture, or design environments.
- Strong technical background—ability to read and produce drawings in AutoCAD; proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software
- Advanced Excel skills for budgeting and scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and deliver on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience; proactive and detail-oriented.
- Passion for retail design and luxury brand environments.
