You’ll work in a collaborative, energetic studio that values curiosity, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of what interior design can be.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop strong design narratives and translate them into compelling visual and spatial experiences.

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and presentations that bring concepts to life.

• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, artists, and fabricators to execute custom design solutions.

• Design and specify custom furniture, finishes, and experiential elements aligned with project storytelling.

• Direct art curation and coordinate bespoke installations.

• Produce detailed construction documents and technical drawings to support implementation.

• Partner closely with leadership to refine concepts and ensure design intent is realized in built form.

• Coordinate across disciplines to deliver cohesive, high-impact environments.

• 8–12 years of experience in highly creative, concept-driven environments (themed design, hospitality, entertainment, or commercial projects).

• Strong background in storytelling, concept ideation, and translating narrative into physical space.

• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Rhino a plus.

• Exceptional 3D visualization and rendering skills.

• Experience with custom fabrication, FF&E, and material storytelling.

• Strong understanding of space planning, codes, and consultant coordination.

• Ability to clearly communicate design ideas through diagrams, presentations, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field required.

• Ability to travel as needed.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience with design-build or large-scale, highly experiential projects preferred.

• LEED or WELL accreditation preferred.

• Progress toward NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure preferred.

• Flexible working hours.

• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and 401(k).

• Paid time off and holidays.

• Paid parental leave and volunteer time.

• Professional development support, including accreditation reimbursement.

• Collaborative, social studio culture with events and team programming.

• Access to advanced design tools, including VR and a fully equipped model shop.
