We are looking to hire an ambitious and driven individual to join our Bespoke Careers team in NYC. The successful candidate will work closely with top Architecture and Interior Design practices to source and place the best talent in the market.
You will recruit across a wide range of roles including architects, interior designers, project managers, and business support positions, playing a key role in supporting both clients and candidates through the hiring process.
While a good understanding of the Architecture & Design (A&D) industry is beneficial, we are ultimately looking for someone with curiosity, drive, and a growth mindset. This is a sales-focused role, while you will inherit existing client relationships, you will also be expected to grow your market and build new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment across a diverse range of roles within Architecture and Interior Design, from junior positions through to senior hires
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs and how they grow their teams
- Source, screen, and match top candidates with career opportunities
- Build and grow your professional network within the A&D industry
- Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the NYC market
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role preferred
- Interest or experience within the Architecture & Design (A&D) industry is advantageous
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting and engaging with stakeholders
- Influential and confident, with strong networking abilities
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
