Bespoke Careers is a global specialist recruitment agency dedicated to connecting job seekers with employers in architecture, interior design and AIPD. We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our growing New York team. You will be motivated, personable and passionate about working with people and have a strong interest in the architecture and design industry.
You will be working on a diverse range of roles for the world’s best architecture and interior design firms whilst simultaneously working with talented and experienced candidates to navigate their next career step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting Bespoke's services to clients, selling the benefits of working with a recruiter
- Managing the full recruitment process inclusive of sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer conversations
- Managing and growing a talent pool of candidates, identifying and securing top talent looking for a career move
- Providing excellent customer service to both jobseekers and hiring firms
Skills and Experience:
- Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to inhouse training
- Experience within the A&D industry is a plus
- Proven relationship building & customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting to a group of people
- Confident, influential with strong networking skills
- Target hitting & goal-orientated
- Team focused with a drive to succeed
