In this role, you’ll serve as both trusted advisor and brand ambassador, guiding clients through a personalized, high touch design experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and qualify high value leads aligned with strategic priorities.
- Own a personal quota of self-sourced opportunities, managing them from initial outreach through close.
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other industry partners.
- Represent a luxury, design forward product portfolio with confidence to sophisticated clients.
- Contribute to overall revenue performance through proactive business development and effective deal execution.
Client & Showroom Experience
- Create a professional, welcoming showroom environment that reflects the brand’s elevated standards.
- Guide clients through the design philosophy and value proposition, tailoring the experience to their needs.
- Manage sensitive, high touch client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Market Leader and internal teams across sales, design, and operations.
- Share field insights to support continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic growth.
- Support internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of personal targets and pipeline development.
Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably within architecture, design, or the high-end residential market.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and close a personal pipeline of self-sourced opportunities.
- Ability to engage design savvy clients with nuance and credibility.
- Experience navigating complex, tailored sales cycles.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to present to architects, designers, and creative professionals.
- Self starter with ownership, urgency, resilience, and comfort in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze opportunities and drive market growth.
- Deep appreciation for design and the ability to articulate value in a luxury architectural context.
