A multidisciplinary architecture studio is seeking a Chief of Staff to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction across a diverse creative ecosystem. This role will oversee operations, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, and drive growth initiatives that amplify influence in design and culture. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a passion for creativity, ensuring the studio continues to deliver groundbreaking work while scaling its impact globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day priorities and ensuring seamless operations.
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for a busy executive.
- Draft professional emails, prepare presentations, and assist with internal and external communications.
- Support monthly invoicing processes and review financial documents with accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables.
- Assist with social media strategy, graphic design, and creative content development as needed.
- Participate in internal meetings and act as a liaison between leadership and teams.
- Provide organizational support across multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- In-office position, Monday through Friday.
Skills and Experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication skills; ability to draft clear, professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with invoicing and financial tracking.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms is a plus.
- Background in architecture not required; interest in design or creative industries preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt; proactive problem-solver with strong judgment.
- Comfortable working closely with leadership and acting as a trusted advisor.
