BIM Manager

Global Design Firm looking for talented BIM Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works on BIM coordination, and the daily management of project data sets, workflows and project setup.
• Leads BIM strategy, develops and delivers training, and mentors team members
• Manages and maintains project content and sources additional content for project teams
• Coordinates with Project Team leaders to assure continuity, consistency and quality of Project BIM and its output.
• Develops and maintains BIM standards, protocols, execution plans, and best practices
• Manages BIM deliverables, progress reports, and project audits
• Oversees clash detection, model federation, and coordination from design through handover.
• Maintain communications with assigned offices and Digital Practice Leaders in support of the project
• Reviews 3D models from consultants and contractors
• Assists in the development and documentation of global and office project design technology standards, libraries, and templates
• Conducts research on future platforms for design technology and project delivery
• Develops and supports staff evaluations and skills assessments related to the range of software and plugins lists

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, C# and Python skills are a plus
• Interest and experience with automation, AI and customization tools/plug-ins for current industry platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience creating training documentation and project BIM execution plans.
• Passion for Digital Practice in the AEC realm.
