This opportunity is ideal for an Architectural Designer II or Designer III with at least four years of experience who wants to strengthen their creative, technical, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects from programming and design through construction administration.
- Develop coordinated design and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, consultants, development teams, and construction professionals.
- Participate in and lead design, consultant, and project meetings.
- Apply building codes and accessibility requirements.
- Develop architectural details with close attention to constructability.
- Support QA/QC reviews and project specification coordination.
- Help resolve design and technical challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Qualifications
- Four or more years of professional architecture or design experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related technical degree.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
- Experience producing coordinated construction documents.
- Knowledge of building codes, documentation, detailing, and constructability.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
Preferred Experience
- Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, and Bluebeam.
- Consultant coordination or project meeting leadership.
- LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification.
- Currently pursuing or interested in pursuing architectural licensure.
