Job Summary
- Support NAVELSG’s Table of Allowance (TOA) warehouse operations.
- Play a critical role in executing daily warehouse operations, including material receipt, stowage, issue, inventory validation, location management, and TOA reconstitution activities.
- Ensure that every transaction is accurately recorded in DPAS-WM, R-Supply, and other authorized property systems while maintaining compliance with NAVELSG procedures and NAVFAC P-300 material-handling requirements.
- Assist in kitting, packaging, labeling, cyclic inventories, and container preparation for deployment and reconstitution.
- Your work directly supports NAVELSG’s ability to maintain 100% accountability and audit-ready accuracy across its multi-site logistics enterprise.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming TOA materials, equipment, and consumables in accordance with NAVELSG procedures.
- Update DPAS-WM with asset locations, lot control data, serial numbers, and quantity adjustments to maintain accurate accountability.
- Support TOA builds, kitting operations, packaging, labeling, and reconstitution of equipment sets for deployment or return.
- Conduct cyclic, periodic, and wall-to-wall inventories; identify discrepancies and prepare formal discrepancy reports.
- Maintain strict organization, cleanliness, and material-flow efficiency across all storage areas, stowage locations, and warehouse zones.
- Assist in re-warehousing, preservation, and container preparation activities as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure all material-handling actions comply with NAVFAC P-300, OSHA standards, and approved warehouse procedures.
- Support the handling, labeling, and segregation of hazardous materials and shelf-life assets in accordance with NAVSUP and DLA requirements.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Managers, ILS/ILO staff, and DPAS analysts to maintain alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and support readiness reporting by ensuring transaction accuracy, traceability, and accountability.

Required Skills & Certifications
- U.S. Citizenship and an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply experience (military supply background preferred).
- Proficiency with DPAS-WM, Microsoft Office applications, and inventory-tracking procedures.
- Knowledge of military inventory control, MILSTRIP processes, and DoD property-accountability standards.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Forklift certification (ability to operate up to 6K or higher preferred).
- Experience supporting NAVELSG, NECC, or other Navy expeditionary logistics programs.
- Training in HAZMAT handling, shelf-life management, or warehouse safety procedures.
