- Lead, develop, and manage BMA's recruiting practice
- Manage the Hiring Process (Oversee job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling)
- Collaborate with hiring managers (Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs.) - Supervise and mentor recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.
- Set performance goals and monitor team metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to hire and beyond.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) - Manage recruitment budgets and negotiate with vendors or agencies
- Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
There is a Secret security clearance requirement for this role.
Required Skills & Certifications
- 3 years proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases Demonstrated ability to have consistent and positive impact and contribution in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Interpersonal savvy, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Bachelor's in human resource management or other relevant degree
- SHRM Certification
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
