Position Summary:
WMATA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Technician to provide onsite support throughout the DC–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) metro region. The ideal candidate will accurately enter and update data, maintain database integrity, and assist with basic administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain databases by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Accurately update internal systems, databases, and customer records.
- Ensure data integrity and assist with report generation.
- Perform basic administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Entry-level position with at least one (1) year of customer service experience.
- Must be available to work onsite throughout the DMV at WMATA-designated facilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
