At Berwick Area YMCA in Berwick, PA, we’re looking for energetic and inspiring individuals to join our team as Lil Ninja/NinjaZone Coaches! NinjaZone is a dynamic fusion of gymnastics, martial arts tricking, parkour, and obstacle training, and we’re on a mission to help young athletes grow stronger, more confident, and more focused.
Whether you’re an experienced coach or simply a fitness enthusiast who loves working with kids, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We provide training, mentorship, and certification to set you up for success!
What You’ll DoAs a Lil Ninja/NinjaZone Coach, you’ll: - Lead and inspire young athletes in fun, structured NinjaZone classes. - Teach movement, agility, and strength-building skills. - Prepare athletes for seasonal showcases or competitions. - Instill core values like Focused Energy, Work Ethic, and Self-Responsibility. - Ensure a safe and engaging environment while fostering confidence and progress.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking candidates who: - Have at least 1 year of experience in coaching, fitness, or working with kids. - Are passionate about movement and fitness. - Are energetic, positive, and great at connecting with kids. - Are eager to learn and grow with the NinjaZone program.
