Job Summary
We are looking for a full time experienced Plumbing mechanic.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years experience.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must have an active Plumbing license.
- Must provide hand tools.
- Must be experienced in new construction, remolding, trenching and piping, and service and repair work.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise installations
- Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues and verify system integrity
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all phases of work
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites
- Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and specifications
Requirements
- Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local certifications
- Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, schematics, and blueprint reading
- Knowledge of water systems maintenance, heavy lifting techniques, pipe threading, welding skills, and remodeling processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and follow detailed schematics or blueprints
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing plumbing installations and repairs
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various environments
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders or scaffolding, and work in confined spaces as required
