We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented and responsible Parts Integration Logistics Technician to join our Bertrandt US project team on site at our customer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of parts handling during the cubing and reference car processes. This includes tracking, organizing and preparing parts, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely availability and traceability of all required components and fasteners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage parts flow throughout the cubing and reference vehicle build processes.
- Maintain accurate traceability of components before, during, and after cubing events.
- Verify inclusion and correctness of all required fasteners and hardware.
- Track inbound shipments and hand-carried parts for prototype builds.
- Escalate issues related to missing, delayed, or incorrect parts.
- Perform physical inventory intake, staging, and check-in of parts.
- Support packaging breakdown, cleanup, and disposal after build events.
- Ensure parts are organized, labeled, and accessible for build teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in parts coordination, inventory management, or automotive technician roles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical part lists and build documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move parts and packaging materials (up to 50 lbs.)
