This role involves creating and managing Design Verification Plans and Reports (DVP&R) for OEM customers, performing hands-on testing of painted plastics and other materials. Validating performance against industry standards. The engineer will interpret CAE simulation studies to correlate virtual analysis with physical test results and provide feedback to design teams. Additionally, the position requires active involvement throughout program product development phases up until launch to ensure robust validation strategies and timely issue resolution. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Test or Validation EngineerExperience with customer (OEM) laboratoriesAbility to create, interpret, and quote DVP&RExperience working with external laboratories for material, paint and thermo-mechanical testingDeep knowledge of norms and international standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (i.e. Mechanical, Materials, Plastics, or related)
