About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with questions, troubleshooting service issues, processing account updates, and guiding users through solutions with patience, empathy, and clarity.
This role is perfect for individuals who love helping others, enjoy technology (no prior fiber/tech experience required), and thrive in a team environment where every interaction matters. Our headquarters are currently located in Random Lake, WI, but we will be moving to our new location in 2026 to 605 N 8th St, Sheboygan, WI.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional support via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and service inquiries
- Walk users through equipment or service steps in simple, clear language
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain service-level expectations for response time and customer satisfaction
